China, the largest consumer and now the largest producer of gold in the world, has aspirations to become a major gold trading center on a par with London and New York.
China has proposed to broaden trading of precious metals in its local market in order to help China become a “major gold trading centre”, reports The Wall Street Journal.
“A person involved with the matter” revealed China’s ambitious plans to the WSJ, saying that “the move could increase liquidity and help Beijing gain stronger pricing power for key commodities like gold“.
China is the fifth largest holder of gold reserves in the world after the U.S., Germany, France, and Italy.
Chinese officials say China hopes to have gold reserves as large as the U.S. in order to help position the yuan as a global reserve currency.
In the longer term, being a major gold trading center would make China a more powerful financial and economic player and indeed could allow them to influence commodity and other important market prices. Reuters reported that becoming a gold trading center “would boost the country’s clout in setting global prices”.
The journal reports that “Beijing’s tight grip on commodities trading and rigid capital controls are among the obstacles in the way.”
The move is also part of the broader financial reforms that Beijing has launched in recent weeks, loosening some of the restrictions on securities investment and allowing banks to price loans at cheaper rates than in the past, that seek to grant market forces a bigger role in both the economy and the capital market.
According to the draft rules, the authorities are aiming to launch the interbank trading on August 31, starting with gold contracts, said the person.

Chase Brandon, the retired CIA officer who has recently claimed that he saw real documents pertaining to this event happens to be promoting his book at the moment, entitled ‘The Cryptos Conundrum,’described as a science fiction story about the history of Earth, contact with extraterrestrials and imagined cataclysmic events on our planet.
Brandon’s very public comments regarding Roswell is considered by some to be a “limited hangout” admission by the CIA regarding the reality of the Roswell Incident and that it was “not of this world.”

The Limited Hangout tactic is a form of propaganda that is used to reduce backlash against an immoral or would-be illegal act (usually considered a cover-up), by making it seem like the perpetrators have come clean about their role, while still keeping important details hidden. By releasing information that was previously secret or not yet acknowledged, backlash is reduced because some people will believe the cover-up has been fully exposed and admitted to.
Because only some information is hung out or revealed, it is called a limited hangout. Like a pressure valve releasing steam to keep the pipes in order, the perpetrators release a limited amount of information to keep the full truth hidden and to save them from further repercussions.
The term limited hangout can apply to public relations, i.e. a business trying to keep a lid on poor worker conditions. For example they may say the head office had no idea about the worker conditions and that it was an isolated incident, when it may have been going on for some time with the full knowledge of the head office.
It is more commonly applied to politics or corruption within the intelligence community, who might be trying to save face from a blunder, or covering up something more sinister.
Some might argue that the investigation in to the July 7, London Bombings was a limited hangout in order to cover up links between the intelligence agencies and the terrorists, and the failure to prevent the attacks despite having records on some of the alleged bombers.
Several official reports and a belated coroners inquest have been undertaken, each revealing slightly more information about the role of MI5. However despite credible information in the public domain that terrorists connected to the alleged bombers were assets (working with and/or being monitored by the intelligence agencies), the official story is that the intelligence agencies cannot be blamed.
In this case the official reports and inquest are the medium for the limited hangout, whereby some information was released, but not to the point of incrimination.
Other examples of limited hangout include the Pope covering up child abuse, and Richard Nixon and the Watergate scandal.
The “modified, limited hangout” route made famous in Watergate seems to be operative in Rome. The pope, in a weak and halting voice, told the assembled red hats things they already knew, such as that pedophilia is not only a crime but also “an appalling sin in the eyes of God.” He offered them ambiguous advice as to the remedy, counseling “zero tolerance” and at the same time an unshaken belief in redemption. Law’s presence at the table implied an approval of the methods that so outraged Boston Catholics that their cardinal can go nowhere without being picketed.
A limited hangout may not involve everybody associated with the act directly. The media for example may report on an issue in a certain way because that’s the only information they’ve been fed. They are not directly in on the propaganda, they are tools of it.
This is closely related to compartmentalization, a pyramidal system by which those lower down the pyramid are not privy to the agenda at the top.
In a new anti-corruption twist, Russia could introduce a special board of prosecutors entitled to investigate officials as high as Supreme Court judges, the prime minister or the president. A draft of the law has been submitted to the State Duma.
The new board of prosecutors, as the draft bill says, will be able to go after officials that have otherwise been immune to investigation: the country’s president and ex-presidents, the General Prosecutor, the head of the Investigative Committee, MPs and so on.
What can push the proposed board into action? “The public’s profound negative reaction,” demonstrated in streams of complaints to the president or the parliament, according to the draft. The prosecutors would then look into damage to the public’s constitutional rights and freedoms.
The bill is set to fight corruption and “political extremism based on the assumption the political elite is immune to prosecution,” notes a comment to the draft law. The board, which is to consist of independent, experienced lawyers, will convene specially for each case.
The authors of the draft say that another reason to draft such a law was public doubts over the impartiality and completeness of investigations of high-profile crimes, such as the 2004 terror act in the southern city of Beslan, which took 334 lives with 186 children among them.
The committee would be 17-strong with the following makeup: five people put forward by the president; five by the State Duma; five by the Federation Council, the upper house of Parliament; and two by the human rights ombudsman.
Critics say this is far from an independent board, and as such its ability to fairly and impartially challenge authorities seems unlikely. Others grimly add that the draft law looks like another twist in the standoff between the General Prosecutor’s office and the Investigative Committee.
The draft law will land in Russia’s lower chamber as soon as this autumn.

The Internet continues to be your best source of information, but people are still taken in by disinformation websites. Dear ones if the information they give does not ring true set it aside, and also if it advocates the use of violence it is certainly not of the Light. Stick to what you have found to be reliable and well tried and tested. In time you will not need as much reliance on the Internet as you do now, as it will not be too long before we can give our own broadcasts. Everything is ready for such advancements, and as usual it is a matter of timing. Your involvement in these matters is important, but if it became a necessity, we would go ahead alone as the changes must soon commence as planned. However, whatever situation comes up it presents no real problem to us, as we allow for all possibilities.
The issues that are presently expressed through religion, will need a complete re-assessment if you are ever to progress. On the one hand you do not necessarily need teachers as all knowledge is within, but because you have not been given the truth it will help to guide you onto the correct path. As it stands you are getting nowhere fast, and still bound by inaccuracies and absolute falsehoods. There are many decent and loving souls within the churches, and their true potential will not be released until they can break away from religious controls. Your time and energy will be better used furthering your own understanding. This is not to infer that all religious teachings are unhelpful, but they are confusing and misleading compared to the truth. You have freewill choice and it will be up to you to decide how your future development proceeds.
We come to you for many reasons and we make a point of informing you that we are all One. We may be from quite different civilisations and in some respects appear different to you, but like you we are experiencing life as you also do for your spiritual evolution. At a higher level there is no difference at all as we come from the same Source, but have simply elected to follow different paths. Like myself as a Sirian, quite a few of the Galactic Federation of Light members are directly linked with you, as you came to Earth from their civilisations to be of service. You will find that “service to others” are the key words once you move out of duality into the higher dimensions. We are One in all we do, not just for the millions upon millions of souls in the Universe, but for all life including the planets, as they also have a high level of consciousness. It is not without reason that you talk of the Earth as Mother Earth, and when you understand her role pay her due respect and gratitude for what she does for you.
There are many subjects that up to know [now] have not been fully explained, as there has to be an appropriate time when your level of consciousness is ready to receive advanced knowledge. It would be no good overloading your brain with material that was too far ahead of your present understanding. Up to now spiritual evolution has come slowly and allowed you through personal experience to integrate it into your understanding. These processes have however been speeded up to hasten your progress towards Ascension. It is because there are those amongst you who have moved ahead, and ready to go much further.
Duality has in some ways sorted out the wheat from the chaff, and we do not mean that in a derogatory way but there is great chasm between those who have advanced themselves, and those who have not. Clearly the time has come for the Ascension of those who are ready, and should no longer be held back. Having the intent to ascend is a start but it must continue with an expanding consciousness. Thus your vibrations are lifted up and as long as your sights are focused on bringing more Light to yourself, you are certain to be one who ascends. That opportunity has been open to every soul, and it is no disgrace if you have not yet reached that point. There is no limit to the time you can take to prepare yourself, and it would not be expected that everyone would reach the same level together. That is where your freewill comes in although you are naturally encouraged to raise your vibrations at every opportunity. As a group your experiences are not complete until the very last soul has returned.
You presently have no way of knowing what a marvellous achievement you have made in having overcome the attention of the dark Ones. They have tried every trick in the book to prevent you ascending and rising up again into the Light. It would be true to say that things were loaded against you, but that was by design and it was known that it would be hard going. However, it was also realised that if you won the battle your gains would be enormous. That Dear Ones is where you stand now, and have achieved a wonderful expansion of consciousness, that will remain with you. Not all ascended Beings have taken the same remarkable path as you have chosen. Now do you see why in your Universe you are looked upon as very special souls. It is not egotistical to accept such adulation, as you are entitled to give yourselves a pat on the back for your achievements.

As the fate of Barclays chief Bob Diamond hangs in the balance, James Quinn looks at how the Libor scandal could have wide-reaching consequences for the banking industry as a whole.
“We have to get kicked out of the fixings tomorrow,” read the email. “We need a 4.17 fix in 1m. We need a 4.41 fix in 3m.”
The email, from a senior Barclays Capital trader in the bank’s offices in the MetLife building looking down over New York’s Park Avenue, to a trader in the bank’s London offices in Canary Wharf, could have seemed innocuous to the unknowing eye.
But what the American banker was doing was telling his British counterpart exactly where the bank needed the Libor – the London Interbank Offered Rate used to set interest rates for everything from mortgages to complex derivatives – to be fixed.
For one-month Libor – “1m” – it needed it to be low. For three-month Libor – “3m” – it needed to be high.
And so it went on. Three months later, a BarCap trader in London pinged an email to a submitter, one of the bank’s staff responsible for accurately submitting information about interest rates to the British Banking Association (BBA), which then aggregated the data and produced the Libor rates. This time the trader wanted the opposite result to his colleague three months earlier: “Your annoying colleague again… Would love to get a high 1m. Also if poss a low 3m… if poss… thanks.”
Just two instances out of numerous examples found by investigators at the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in London, and their counterparts at the Commodities Future Trading Commission (CFTC) and the Department of Justice (DoJ) in Washington.
Following a four-year investigation, at 1.30pm last Wednesday the sheer scale of Barclays’ role in attempting to fix Libor rates was disclosed with a statement from the bank marked “Barclays Bank PLC settlement with authorities”. The five-paragraph announcement did not go into any detail, other than to disclose that the bank was to pay £290m in fines, the largest ever levied against a bank.

There are many planets and solar systems as old as your own world, and much older. It is not unreasonable now for the layman to comprehend the implications of life on alien planets. We are indeed very near to a mass acceptance of the reality of advanced intelligent life on other worlds.

There is also much talk about “your” world, not being “our” world. These are further attempts for separation between species and beings. For indeed, ultimately are we not all one and part of the same being? I would also like to reassure you on the fact that the species allowed to enter your space are benevolent beings or ascended beings. Resistance Movement. This is a group of freedom fighters who live in subterranean dwellings in the upper part of Earth’s crust. They have a constant physical contact with underground Pleiadian bases in Himalaya and under Bora-Bora island. Their official public contact is Cobra.
With assistance from the Confederation, they have cleared all remaining Reptilian forces from this solar system. Shortly after the year 2000 they have also cleared all subterranean Reptilian bases in severe battles. Then they shifted their focus towards clearing most black budget military programs and technologies, which they did successfully.
After that they have placed their agents inside the military and alphabet agencies to help the Positive Military group with their Plan that is coming to fruition now. Main motivation of the Resistance Movement is to help liberate the planet, so they can stop living in caves and move on to more prospective missions elsewhere in the Galaxy.

Cobra also claims to be a Pleiadian incarnated as a human on earth to assist with this transition, as a messenger. As you’ll hear below, he is tasked with dispensing information from the Resistance Movement’s point of view as they take various actions to guide us as we remove the negative elements of planet earth’s power structure.
This mysterious group and its elusive spokesman require complete anonymity right now, and certainly this mystique has caused the information to garner some controversy around the web. What piqued my interest most was Cobra’s statements on the future of our monetary system. Many people will be surprised to hear that the financial conspiracy agenda goes even higher than our terrestrial international banking families. As Cobra will explain in the interview, Gold is a very important metal in the context of human history for many different reasons.
My interest in geopolitics, and in fact the theme and genesis of The Golden Rule was born out of an interest in money. Ever since I was a little boy I have been interested in the paper bills we used to buy and sell things – but it wasn’t until 2007 when Ron Paul introduced me to Austrian free market economics and commodity money that I began to take an interest in Gold. As I learned more about the way economies and commerce worked, I used the old journalist’s edict “Follow the Money” to learn more about who is really in control. I think it’s important for more mainstream listeners who may not be into UFOs, or other so-called fringe topics to hear what Cobra has to say. It is not impossible to imagine that if Gold has been used to consolidate financial control by the cabal, then Gold could also be used to usurp financial control from the cabal.

According to COBRA, there is not only a physical need to seize gold from the cabal, but also energetic properties associated with gold that change the etheric nature of humanity’s commerce. While this wasn’t discussed in extreme detail, the dark rituals COBRA alludes to might explain why society has diverged into a culture of self-satisfaction and materialism. COBRA and I agree that the ultimate goal of science and technology is the betterment of humanity, and it is through the process of releasing this gold from its dark controllers that will allow our economic progress to reach a level of spiritual freedom whereby money is not necessary to survive.
Interestingly Richard Russell, author of the famous DOW theory letters, offered these comments to King World News’ Eric King which seemed to touch on human’s seemingly intrinsic lust for Gold:
Gold possesses some properties that are beyond the scope of other investments. Gold can’t go broke, because gold does not derive its purchasing power from the edict or control of any sovereign power or central bank. Gold has no counter-parties. Gold is tangible and is accepted everywhere — in good times or bad. Gold exists outside the world’s banking system. Unlike fiat money, gold is wealth on its own.
It’s tangible and not the fantasy-creation of central bankers. Gold does not need a sponsor or the acceptance of an expert (such as pricing a Picasso painting), because all gold is intrinsically the same. Gold does not tarnish nor does it degenerate — the gold in your watch may be the same gold that Cleopatra wore around her neck.
The supply of gold, unlike paper money, is limited. Alchemists have tried for centuries to turn other metals into gold — but have never succeeded. Gold is a beautiful metal on its own and the lust for gold seems to be built into the DNA of mankind. If you own ten thousand ounces of gold, you can say that you will ALWAYS be wealthy.

New Financial System
Most of this intel comes from sources deep within occult economy and it pertains to the restructuring of the financial system worldwide.

This will happen at the time of the Event and is actually part of the operation.
Day 1
When the critical mass of pressure is exerted upon the Federal Reserve it will be forced to repay debt that it owes to people due to its fraudulent operations. Since Fed does not have money to repay that debt, it will go bankrupt. This will trigger a chain reaction of BIS, IMF, World Bank and all central banks worldwide going bankrupt also.
Extreme volatility in markets will result in a worldwide stock market crash. Stock exchanges will close, including NYSE. All financial instruments such as options and credit default swaps will be zeroed out.
All shadow accounts will be closed and zeroed out. All public bank accounts of the Cabal will be seized. All foreclosures will be frozen, as well as all public and private debt (mortgages, loans, credit card debt).
Day 2-7
Banks will be closed and there will be a lot of uncertainty and confusion. Some businesses will be temporarily closed. Some of those that remain open may accept cash, other will only accept gold or silver coins. Credit cards will not be accepted as the system will go down. There might be moderate problems with distribution chain, it is wise to stock up some food and gasoline.

There might still be light problems in the distribution chain.
New financial system will be introduced. It will be backed up with Yamashita gold. That gold will be stored in locations that are not to be disclosed yet. Yamashita gold will not be traded in open markets. Basket of currencies such as US dollar, Euro, British pound, Swiss franc, Japanese yen and Chinese yuan will form the basis of this new system.
Those banks that did not have strong connections with Federal Reserve and did not go bankrupt will reopen. They will not be allowed to charge interest. All their accounting will be fully transparent to the public. Stock market will not reopen.
Revaluation will take place. It means that the exchange rates between various currencies will change, but not drastically They will reflect more truly the real productivity of nations. Iraqi Dinar will not gain much value, contrary to speculations of many people. Federal Reserve notes, Euro banknotes and other banknotes will be widely accepted, until they are phased out in a few months and new money is printed.
All fair business agreements, contracts and responsibilities worldwide will be kept valid and will be respected. Those business agreements that involve criminal or fraudulent interactions with the Cabal will be cancelled, null and void.
In a few weeks
Multinationals will be obliged to buy back their shares and this will effectively force them to go bankrupt. They will be split and healthy portions of those companies will be nationalized in their own countries.
The existence of Global Settlement funds will be then introduced to the public. Those funds include about $ 70 trillion from old money patriots connected to the Positive Military, $ 100 trillion from White Dragon Society and Templar groups, $ 120 trillion from Resistance Movement and $ 10 trillion from Saint Germain Trust. Global Settlement funds will also include all money and assets from the Cabal.
Global Settlement funds will be used for many purposes. First, all national, public and private debt will be paid off worldwide. After that, all people will receive restitution for all theft and criminal activity against them by the former Cabal. Then prosperity funds will be released and humanitarian, environmental and new advanced technology projects funded. Part of the money from Saint Germain Trust will go directly to Lightworkers, the rest of it will fund projects connected to the introduction of the First Contact.

What is Cobra?
COBRA is a codename for compression breakthrough. The surface of planet Earth is compressed in a sandwich. Light forces of the Galactic Confederation are advancing from the sky downwards toward the surface of the planet. Light forces of the Resistance Movement are advancing from the underground up towards the surface of the planet.
The surface is thus subjected to the pressure of Light and dark forces of the Cabal have nowhere to hide. They can not escape via wormholes, stargates or teleportation chambers into space. The team attached different types of carbene ligands to the silver atoms before incubating varying concentrations of the compound with breast and colon cancer cells for six days.
The silver complexes proved to be as effective as cisplatin in attacking both types of cancer cells. Complexes containing a ligand which had two bonds were more effective than those with a single bond, probably because they are more stable – meaning the compound breaks down more slowly and is active for longer (Dalton Transactions, DOI: 10.1039/C2DT12399A).
